Position Overview:


We are in search of a talented and driven AWS Software Engineer to become part of our innovative team in the consumer goods sector.

This permanent role presents a remarkable chance to engage in groundbreaking projects that are transforming the industry. You will collaborate with a team focused on the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
As an AWS Software Engineer, your duties will include:

  • Creating and developing robust, scalable, and secure cloud applications utilizing AWS services such as EC2 and IAM.
  • Implementing user authentication and management solutions with Amazon Cognito.
  • Writing, testing, and debugging Python code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Utilizing Docker for the development, deployment, and operation of applications.
  • Working with Linux systems for application development and deployment.
  • Engaging in the complete application lifecycle, emphasizing coding, debugging, and cloud deployment.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to define, design, and implement new features while enhancing existing ones.
  • Ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications and platforms.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to application development and deployment.
  • Staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our systems competitive.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the AWS Software Engineer role should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly with cloud applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS services, especially EC2 and IAM.
  • Proficient in implementing user management and authentication solutions using Amazon Cognito.
  • Strong programming capabilities in Python.
  • Experience with Linux-based systems.
  • Familiarity with Docker for application development and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of new technologies and industry developments.
  • AWS certification is advantageous.
