Role Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Technical Solutions Engineer who will be instrumental in our sales and solution development initiatives. This position is vital to our Solutions Engineering team, where you will collaborate with clients to ascertain their requirements and craft technical solutions that utilize Frontier's offerings. Your contributions will be essential in driving revenue growth through technical expertise and customer interaction.
This role operates in a hybrid environment, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office days as determined by management.

Success in this role requires the capacity to comprehend intricate technical specifications and convert them into viable solutions while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Duties:
- Adhere to company sales methodologies to enhance sales performance.
- Engage in client-facing activities and lead or support opportunities as directed by Solutions Engineering leadership.
- Create and deliver professional presentations at various organizational levels, employing a consultative approach to identify client challenges and objectives.
- Develop technical solutions that optimize the use of Frontier's products and services, while staying informed about competitor offerings to highlight our unique advantages.
- Foster incremental revenue by establishing and nurturing key technical and business relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among Frontier resources.
- Prepare and facilitate a seamless transition from Sales to implementation/support teams.
- Cultivate positive working relationships both internally and externally, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Frontier's products and services, including necessary certifications, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Mentor colleagues within the organization and complete all required training, achieving quarterly objectives.
- Document time and activities in the company's CRM system, adhering to expense control policies and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required, which may average 50% or more based on regional needs.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in solution selling within enterprise-scale organizations, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Minimum of two to three years of customer-facing experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Significant experience in commercial telecommunications, particularly in SD-WAN and cloud services (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client business processes and leverage an understanding of comprehensive business models.
- Self-motivated with experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, including IPv4 and IPv6, LAN, WAN (including SD-WAN), and security design.
- Additional preferred qualifications include active certifications in Google, AWS, or Azure Cloud services; MEF/Ciena (Ethernet); cloud-based disaster recovery strategies; managed hosting services; and network security methodologies.
