Maintenance Services:- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the integrity of our properties
- Assist with the maintenance of storage areas and inventory management
- Conduct refurbishing and renovation work on apartments to meet company standards
- Conduct daily property walks to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Notify management of any safety concerns and participate in regular safety meetings
- Stay up-to-date on property-specific knowledge, including asbestos handling
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records of all tasks completed
- Respond to and complete all service requests in accordance with company standards
- Be available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service requests as scheduled
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CFC Type I & II certification preferred, with a 180-day timeline to obtain
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to walk the grounds and apartments, ascend stairs, lift 60 lbs., climb ladders over 10 feet, and perform other general physical activities
- Sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessments to the standards of a Maintenance Technician III
