ERP System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to join our team at Acronis. As an ERP System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our corporate Acumatica ERP system, supporting its users, and continually improving the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Acumatica to meet our organization's specific needs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing customizations and integrations to ensure they function correctly and remain compatible with system upgrades.
  • Oversee the smooth operation and optimal performance of the company's Acumatica ERP system.
  • Provide ongoing support to Acumatica ERP users, promptly resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including deploying customizations, updates, upgrades, and optimizing performance.
  • Offer technical advice to team members and stakeholders on matters related to Acumatica.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processes.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Acumatica support, customization/programming, or as a functional/implementation consultant.
  • Proficiency in C# and.NET Framework, knowledge of T-SQL, and experience with Microsoft SQL relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
