About Rhapsody:

We're a healthcare innovator, and we're looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. Our mission is to accelerate innovation by easing the data access burden. We provide data exchange and data quality solutions that enable information to move seamlessly from one system to another.

As a System Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, focusing on Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Group Policy, and datacenter infrastructure. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement IT policies and security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist end users with technology needs in a hybrid work environment
  • Manage and assist with user account management, Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive, and management
  • Manage InTune policies and deploy software to company Windows devices
  • Assist with end user Windows & Mac onboarding process
  • Manage and modify InTune Compliance policies
  • Manage and maintain the Exchange Online environment
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot Group Policies
  • Manage and deploy hardening policies on workstations and servers
  • Assist with access and troubleshooting Perimeter81 VPN login
  • Provide training to staff on new systems and software updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies
  • Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment with Office 365, Azure, and datacenter server environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support end users of varying technical expertise
