We are seeking candidates for the following roles:

· Lead Infant Educator: Responsible for nurturing and educating children aged 6 weeks to 18 months.

· Lead Toddler Educator: Focused on guiding children aged 18 months to 3 years, with an emphasis on potty training.

· Lead School-Age/Summer Camp Educator: Engaging with children aged 5 to 12 years, facilitating age-appropriate summer camp activities and excursions.

· Floater: A versatile individual who can assist across all age groups from 6 weeks to 12 years.

General Qualifications for All Positions: Candidates must successfully complete an FBI and BCI background check, provide a current physical and immunization record, and possess at least a high school diploma or GED. Willingness to engage in training sessions, either online or in-person, in Early Childhood Education is essential. These roles may be part-time or full-time.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is highly regarded. Candidates holding a Career Pathway Level II or higher through OCCRRA are encouraged to apply. We seek individuals who are passionate about working with children and dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment. Applicants should be prepared to deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, mental, social, and emotional growth. Familiarity with computers, observation techniques, creative curriculum, and assessments for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years is beneficial. Candidates should also be committed to enhancing their professional development to align with center goals through Step Up to Quality and ODJFS childcare licensing requirements.

We offer training in essential areas such as CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases, Child Abuse prevention, and Early Childhood Education. Additionally, we provide lunch for our staff twice a month.
