Position Overview:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will oversee the daily operations of the classroom, ensuring the effective implementation of our innovative curriculum. Collaboration with fellow educators, school administration, families, and the broader community is essential to foster a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate classroom activities and implement the curriculum.

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Adhere to all company and state-specific regulations and maintain required credentials.
  • Meet state-specific educational requirements.
  • Preferred experience of 6+ months in a licensed childcare setting.
