About the Role of an Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Early Learning Centers. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of young children.

Our Learning Center is a NAEYC-accredited institution with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. We value creativity, compassion, and dedication in our educators, and we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote hands-on learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that values and supports every child.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families through effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on children's growth and progress to parents.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in our care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field.
  • Passion for working with children and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to create a fun and safe learning environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CDA Certification is a plus.
