Key Responsibilities
  • Manage documentation for state vehicle registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed, including tax and title documents.
  • Oversee the processing of payoffs, registrations for both new and used vehicles, issuance and transfer of license plates, and acquisition of dealer titles.
  • Dispatch bills, contracts, warranties, and service agreements to the relevant agencies, including the department of motor vehicles.
  • Verify completeness and signatures on all required forms, ensuring accuracy in vehicle sale and purchase prices.
  • Maintain organized records of sales, pricing, payments, warranties, service agreements, and other relevant information pertaining to vehicle transactions.
  • Safeguard titles and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for inventory management.
  • Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit to the DMV.
  • Input used vehicle purchases into the inventory system.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Proficient in computer usage, with strong writing and grammar abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
