- Execute repairs as outlined in the service order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about necessary services.
- Provide accurate estimates for additional repair time.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician required.
- Active Virginia State Inspection certification required.
- Compensation based on experience, skills, and previous employment history.
- ASE Certification is mandatory.
- A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair are preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
