Key Responsibilities
  • Handle documentation for state vehicle registration, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, including tax and title forms.
  • Manage payoffs, registrations for both new and used vehicles, license plate issuance, and dealer title acquisition.
  • Dispatch bills, contracts, warranties, and service agreements to relevant agencies, including the motor vehicle department.
  • Verify completeness and signatures on all necessary forms, ensuring accuracy in vehicle sale and purchase prices.
  • Maintain organized records of sales, pricing, payments, warranties, service agreements, and other relevant transaction information.
  • Oversee titles and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for inventory management.
  • Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit to the DMV.
  • Input used vehicle purchases into the inventory system.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive attitude and initiative in tasks.
  • Proficient in computer use, with strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
