We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Trillium Staffing.

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site safety, quality control, and project timelines.

• Review and approve plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, logs, and change orders.

• Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
