Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team in Level 2 residential programs.

This role involves providing support and assistance to individuals who require daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
