Job Summary

Bridgewell is a leading provider of social and human services that empower individuals with disabilities and other life challenges to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team in a Level 2 residential program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
  • Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Ensure compliance with DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.
  • Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or DSP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational and problem-solving skills.
