Commercial Account Manager Job Description

At Interstate AC Service LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the service sales aspect of the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account contacts to create long-term partnerships.
  • Manage personal relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch and technician team to schedule maintenance, service, and installation jobs.
  • Create sales and contact reports for sales meetings and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals established by the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Experience in HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site, in-person at our corporate office in Nashville, TN.
