Job Summary:

The Project Technical Specialist at Spencer Ogden is responsible for coordinating all engineering tasks for projects, serving as the subject matter expert during RFP and Bid Reviews, and assisting the Project Leader/Manager with related project tasks.

This role requires a strong focus on Safety and Environmental Compliance, ensuring all personnel supporting projects adhere to these principles.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Leader/Manager to understand project scopes and develop written scopes of work, including those for contracted Owners Engineers.

Key responsibilities include interfacing with PG Engineering, Station Management, and other departments to develop project requirements, assisting with RFP and Bid Review processes, and managing the Request For Information (RFI) process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to develop engineering specifications and revise guidance as needed.
