Facilities Director

Colonial Downs + Rosie's Gaming Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the management of maintenance staff, coordination of repairs and renovations, and implementation of safety protocols.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for employees and guests.
• Coordinate repairs and renovations, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success in managing maintenance and repair staff.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
