Position Overview

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in the creation, development, and implementation of machine learning models that propel our initiatives forward. Your role will involve collaboration with diverse teams, including product development, engineering, data analytics, and operational units, to seamlessly integrate machine learning solutions into our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the machine learning strategy across the organization, promoting the adoption of advanced technologies and best practices.
  • Model Development: Design, construct, and deploy scalable machine learning models for various applications, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with data engineering teams to guarantee the availability of high-quality data for model training and evaluation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product managers to identify opportunities for machine learning to address business challenges and enhance outcomes.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, experimenting with new algorithms and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools like Kubeflow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the education or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies.
  • Understanding of natural language processing and computer vision techniques.
