Job Title: AI Engineer

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will design and implement effective artificial intelligence solutions that address clients' business problems and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI solutions using various AI technologies and methods
  • Apply advanced consulting or technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Mentor and supervise team members as needed
  • Work with clients to gather requirements and lead Agile teams
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, data or software engineering research, full stack engineering, or data analytics
  • Experience with software and artificial intelligence projects
  • Experience with a programming language, including Python, Scala, or Java
  • Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or signal processing machine learning development
  • Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or edge computing
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with embedded systems programming in C, C++, or Rust
  • Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs
  • Experience with modern Cloud computing technologies, including Docker
  • Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams
  • Doctorate degree in Computer Science or Statistics

Compensation:

Booz Allen Hamilton offers a competitive salary range of $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care.
