Position Overview

  • Collaborate with the Store Leader to implement strategies that enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, visual displays, and operational duties such as inventory management and shipment processing.
  • Assist with promotional events and new store launches as required.
  • Adapt to and utilize new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office is advantageous.
  • Work independently and efficiently under pressure, ensuring completion of store opening and closing tasks.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess one or more years of management experience, whether direct or indirect.
  • Have two or more years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Exhibit an active presence on the sales floor, capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using a ladder and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
