Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at Frankies Bikinis. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Execute action plans to drive sales and client engagement, in partnership with the Store Leader
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks
  • Support with activations and new store openings as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus
  • Work effectively under pressure, supporting the completion of store opening and closing procedures
  • Adhere to an agile work schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • One or more years of direct and/or indirect management experience
  • Two or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in swimwear and/or intimates preferred
  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Ability to maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Comfortability using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
