Retirement Solutions Client Service Associate

Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retirement Solutions Client Service Associate to join our Employee Benefits Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support for our retirement plan clients.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for all retirement plan clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Problem-Solving: Lead the response to complex client and customer inquiries, non-routine problems, and ensures client satisfaction with providers, third-party administrators, and services.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Retirement Solutions Group team to ensure needs are met and potential problems are proactively averted.
- Client Record Management: Build and maintain client records in the client's fiduciary briefcase, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Reporting and Analysis: Complete and distribute quarterly investment reports to clients, and work with recordkeeping partners to facilitate any required investment changes.
- Special Projects: Initiate and fulfill RFPs (Requests for Proposals) as needed, and complete special client-facing projects as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Experience: Bachelor's Degree
- Licenses and Certifications: Securities and/or Insurance Licensing is desirable
