Primary Responsibilities of the Repair Dispatch Manager:
- Serve as a liaison among marketing teams, centers, repair facilities, vendors, and occasionally customers.
- Schedule and route mobile repair technicians to perform necessary repairs.
- Monitor equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance activities.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Roadside Assistance Team.
- Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service providers.
- Review and audit repair documentation.
- Oversee external garages to ensure quality work on U-Haul rental equipment.

Team members are expected to assist in other areas as needed, following the guidance of their supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications for Dispatch Manager:
- Availability to work on-call.
- General mechanical knowledge.
- Professional communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.

Physical Demands:


This position requires some physical exertion, including extended periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, navigating spaces, repositioning to reach and utilize tools, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., either assisted or unassisted.
