Paid Time Off:

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Support Specialist I plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of imaging systems utilized by Radiologists. This position serves as a liaison for contracted hospitals, providers, and client inquiries.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive support to hospitals by addressing:
    • Incorrectly transmitted cases or cases stalled in transmission.
    • User errors, including incorrect patient demographic submissions.
    • Assistance with username and password registration or resets.
    • Timely processing of radiological study readings.
    • Support in diagnosing quality assurance cases.
  • Facilitate consultations between hospitals and radiologists.
  • Communicate with hospitals to rectify transmission issues.
  • Notify hospitals of discrepancies, critical results, and addendums.
  • Monitor incoming studies to ensure proper system integration.
  • Maintain a log of communications with hospitals, physicians, and technical staff.
  • Ensure effective communication among physicians, hospitals, and internal teams.
  • Assist management with data entry related to discrepancies and quality reporting.
  • Support Practice Managers with assigned tasks and projects.
  • Notify vendors of equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
  • Maintain an emergency maintenance guide for facility issues.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • Proficient in prioritizing daily tasks.

Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required, along with a minimum of three months of general work experience.
