Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Client Service Associate. This position is part of our Client Service team, which consists of approximately 50 associates dedicated to supporting our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Service Associate will work closely with Wealth Advisors to facilitate financial planning for our clients, helping them achieve their retirement objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating account setups, asset transfers, and money movements in collaboration with clients, advisors, and custodians.
  • Coordinating meetings with clients and advisors using various scheduling tools.
  • Preparing for client meetings by updating agendas and generating reports using our portfolio management software.
  • Anticipating client needs to enable advisors to focus on their core responsibilities.
  • Responding to requests from advisors and clients promptly, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
  • Demonstrating professional communication skills across various channels.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills and available resources to develop solutions for clients and advisors.
  • Monitoring and addressing time-sensitive operational tasks efficiently.
  • Documenting client information and interactions using Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with team members to manage workload effectively.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client service role within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated project management skills for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and robust PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with workflow technology systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tamarac.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
