Job Overview

Salary: $21 per hour

The Classic Center is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Ticketing Operations Coordinator who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our patrons.

In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the recruitment and training of ticketing personnel.
  • Developing and implementing event entry strategies.
  • Serving as the main liaison for our part-time staff.

Your proficiency in ticketing platforms, data interpretation, and promotional campaign development will be vital in enhancing customer interaction and maximizing ticket revenue.
