Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Data Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing process
  • Investigate and resolve deviations and atypical events
  • Monitor and trend key process parameters
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support capital projects and site-wide initiatives
  • Conduct technical and validation studies
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing industry
  • Ability to learn and operate SAP Production, COMET, and SUMMIT
  • Technical understanding of at least one processing area
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals and technical documents
  • Ability to respond to sensitive inquiries and present information to management and regulatory agencies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP and Minitab
  • Experience with process control systems and data historian software
  • Solid understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Working Conditions:

This role requires regular movement around the manufacturing plant to perform on-site investigations. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to handle controlled substances in compliance with applicable regulations.

Travel Requirements:

This role may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
