Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Culinary Specialist to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring accuracy in guest orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare food orders at designated stations by adhering to established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items.
  • Set up cooking stations with all necessary preparation items for each shift.
  • Engage professionally with guests, vendors, and team members while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, including proper storage and waste management practices.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of kitchen sanitation, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
  • Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
