We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to contribute to the success of our Production Team at The Cake Bake Shop.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in commercial baking and/or a culinary skill set, with a strong focus on maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare workstations for baking and ensure the quality of ingredients.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, adhering to Brand Standards.
- Bake various pastry products, including cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts.
Requirements:
- Open availability preferred.
- Prior baking experience (professional or at home).
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and ability to multitask.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
