About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Health Care Expense Management Leader to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our health care expense management squad, driving strategic priorities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the health care expense management squad, partnering with other Fidelity leaders to influence strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and refine the squad's mission and roadmap, empowering team members to work collaboratively towards common goals.
  • Ensure alignment on work scope, timelines, and quality standards through ongoing planning and prioritization of the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with chapter leaders and scrum masters to build squad capacity and capability, enabling member growth, development, and learning.
  • Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in health care payments, reimbursements, or claims, along with expertise in digital payment and money movement technologies.
  • Agile experience preferred
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, minimum;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data-focused approach to understanding customer & business needs, translating strategic objectives into action, and prioritizing to improve value delivered
  • Grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria
  • Strong product management skills, ability to set a vision, business intuition to prioritize appropriately and lead with clear direction
  • Strong focus on execution, identifying, communicating, and removing impediments to progress
  • Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in the gray space, comfort with making trade-offs and getting the organization behind the decisions
  • Strong contract and negotiation skills with insurance carriers, provider systems, and other key players in the health care data ecosystem
