ATI operates standard business hours from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Role Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the ATI Business Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate facility security operations in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and related government security mandates.
  • Manage subcontractor security through the issuance of DD254s under ATI's OTA model, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate personnel security clearance processes, providing effective training for cleared personnel.
  • Conduct security orientations for new hires and transfers, covering essential procedures such as badging and clearance requirements.
  • Prepare for and assist with government inspections, audits, and reviews of the security program.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations regarding the safeguarding of sensitive information and assets.
  • Provide security guidance and support across the organization.
  • Familiarity with security management systems such as DISS, NBIS, NISS, SIMS, and ACCS Portal is essential.
  • Assist in developing and updating security protocols and procedures.
  • Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in conducting security audits and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • CDSE FSO for Possessing Facilities Certification
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial security experience as a cleared defense contractor
  • IAM/IAT Security Certification is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in security or a related field
  • Experience with COMSEC and RMF is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense security clearance
  • This position is subject to a background check that includes a review of criminal records.
