Position Overview:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within the ATI Business Services team, directly contributing to the achievement of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate facility security operations by implementing the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and relevant U.S. Government security standards.
  • Oversee Sub-Contractor Management by creating and issuing necessary documentation to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Facilitate personnel security clearance processes and ensure that cleared personnel receive effective training.
  • Provide security orientation for new hires and transfers, covering all necessary procedures.
  • Prepare for and assist with government inspections, audits, and reviews of the security program.
  • Ensure adherence to company and government policies regarding the protection of sensitive information and assets.
  • Offer security guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  • Familiarity with various security systems and portals is essential.
  • Assist in developing and updating security plans and procedures.
  • Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in conducting regular audits and inspections.

Additional Duties:

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) from CDSE.
  • Possession of an active U.S. Government security clearance, with the ability to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security as a cleared defense contractor.
  • Relevant security certifications (IAM/IAT) are advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in security or a related field is required.
  • Experience with COMSEC and RMF is a plus.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • This position is subject to a background check, which includes a review of criminal records.

Physical Requirements:

Regular physical activity is required, including walking, bending, and prolonged sitting.

Ability to communicate effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Proficiency in using office equipment and technology is necessary.

Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a controlled office environment, with occasional meetings in various settings.
