Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the Advanced Technology International (ATI) Business Services team, the Lead Security Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate security operations by implementing the relevant standards of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and associated government security protocols.
  • Manage subcontractor compliance through the issuance of necessary documentation to ensure adherence to federal regulations.
  • Facilitate personnel security clearance processes, ensuring that all cleared staff receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  • Conduct security orientations for new hires, covering essential procedures such as badging, clearance protocols, and reporting obligations.
  • Prepare for and assist with government inspections and audits, ensuring all action items are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with organizational leadership regarding security matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations concerning the safeguarding of sensitive information and assets.
  • Provide security guidance and support to team members across the organization.
  • Assist in the formulation and revision of security policies and procedures, recommending enhancements as necessary.
  • Support regular security audits and inspections, applying risk management strategies to bolster security measures.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Possessing Facilities.
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance with the ability to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security within the National Industrial Security Program.
  • Relevant security certifications (IAM/IAT) are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in security or a related discipline.
  • Experience with COMSEC and Risk Management Framework (RMF) is a plus.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense security clearance.

Physical and Work Environment

This role requires regular physical activity, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typically air-conditioned and controlled, with moderate noise levels.
