Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial workers.
  • Schedule and assign duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating/ventilating, roofing, and security.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, sites, and equipment to identify needed repairs and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with vendors and oversee the execution of contracted services.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review, including work orders, staffing reports, and audits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on management or leadership experience in high-volume distribution centers.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC, and electrical systems.
