Job Title:
Assembly Operations Manager

Job Description

Candidates will work in the core assembly area, leading a team of 5-10 to perform assemblies. They will track production times and ensure the flow of operations remains on track.

While not responsible for hiring or firing, they will collaborate closely with the supervisor and manager to maintain team performance at IEA expectations.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The assembly and fabrication shop is a clean and organized facility. The work environment is not temperature controlled, and it can get hot in the summertime.
