Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Zebra. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials within the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Operate power industrial trucks to transport material within the facility
- Perform quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments
- Pick and stage orders for shipping
- Load, unload, putaway, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift or other power equipment
- Execute ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments
- Learns to use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Handle and control hazardous material on both inbound and outbound
- Comply with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations
- Complete all required safety training and follows protocol in all risk situations
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand
- Certification on powered industrial trucks sit down, dock stocker and powered pallet jacks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation
- Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 75 pounds
- Perform activities to evaluate and maintain equipment
- High School diploma or equivalent/ or previous relevant work experience
- At least 1 year proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting or similar environment
- Certification in operating various type of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, pallet jacks) is a plus
