Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight: Directs the clinical assignments and ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
  2. Personnel Management: Involves in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching.
  3. Protocol Development: Collaborates in the creation and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Quality Assurance: Works alongside the Department Director to maintain quality assurance measures and adherence to industry regulations.
