As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting specialists with handling work-related injuries and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize software programs for data entry and document tracking
  • Answer telephone calls and email inquiries to provide guidance on routine matters
  • Review and handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Work with the workers' compensation claims administrator system to enhance your skills in this area
Requirements
  • One year of clerical or other comparable experience
  • Ability to obtain, provide, and evaluate information in accordance with established standards
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Pass a Pennsylvania State Police background check
