Job Summary

Verber Dental Group is seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Valley Advanced Orthodontics. As a key member of our clinical team, you will assist the orthodontist in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the orthodontist in clinical procedures, including changing wires and fitting/delivering orthodontic appliances.
  • Review instructions with patients/parents and maintain accurate treatment card notes.
  • Perform radiography and take records as needed, maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Notify the Practice Administrator in a timely manner when out sick and check appliances delivered to the office before appointments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Dental Assistant program and 1 year of Orthodontic experience.
  • PA X-ray License and CPR certification.
  • Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, and FBI Fingerprinting as deemed necessary by Human Resources.
