About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with finance and business partners to evaluate forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate drivers of capital-based stress losses and recommend metrics and leading indicators to track drivers across retail risk pool.
  • Co-ordinate balance sheet management forums to facilitate the management of retail credit limits, balance sheet capacity, and balance sheet optimization framework.
  • Develop and implement balance sheet optimization framework within all capital-based binding constraints.
  • Monitor key capital metrics and develop remediation plans for potential excesses against the approved business plan.
  • Build presentations with supportive analysis and storyboard results for senior management and executive management team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of work experience in financial services or management consulting with heavy focus on capital management, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of credit cards and other consumer bank products P&Ls, key risk and return dynamics, and loss drivers.
  • Good understanding of capital and balance sheet management, CCAR and CECL framework, Basel III Endgame.
  • Understanding of forecasting models for balance sheet and P&L.
  • Strong project management skills, proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
  • Proficiency with standard analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
  • Clear concise communication skills, both oral and written; ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to derive trends, insights, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in quantitative disciplines such as financial engineering, operation research, econometrics, or similar quantitative discipline; OR MBA Finance.
