We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Credit Analysis Manager to join our team at Zions Bancorporation. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for managing credit analysts and overseeing the credit analysis process for commercial loans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of credit analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure effective credit analysis and risk management.
- Review and oversee final credit packages to ensure accurate and thorough analysis.
- Collaborate with credit administrators to ensure successful underwriting and credit risk analysis for all types of commercial loans.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve credit analysis processes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
- At least 10 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or a related field.
- Proven management experience, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, lending officers, and staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.
