We are seeking a talented Footwear Designer II to join our team in Baltimore or Portland. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for elevating our Performance Run and Training footwear line. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Under Armour's latest technologies and innovations, and to make athletes of all ages better every day.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with design leadership to drive concepts for Performance Run and Training footwear.
- Work and collaborate inclusively with Marketing, and Development teams to meet project objectives.
- Lead creation of seasonal footwear projects and milestone deliverables.
- Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, renderings and technical drawings.
- Present design project work within individual project teams, and at category design checkpoints.
- A passion for Design, and product creation.
- Motivation to create compelling, purposeful, performance footwear product.
- Passionate about Sport and Culture.
- Ability to think outside the box on footwear concepts rooted in performance needs.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Desire to be a great teammate, with a positive attitude and energy.
