Your impact will be felt across the organization as you drive concepts for Performance Run and Train footwear, collaborating with Marketing and Development teams to meet project objectives. Your presentation skills will shine as you present design project work within individual project teams and at category design checkpoints. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive concepts for Performance Run and Train footwear

  • Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, renderings, and technical drawings
  • Present design project work within individual project teams and at category design checkpoints
Requirements

  • BA, BFA, or BS in Industrial Design not required
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing innovative footwear and other products
  • Knowledge of form, color, materials, and human factors related to elevating the consumer experience
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator skills
  • Working knowledge of 3D software is a plus
  • Ability to create accurate 2D technical drawings
  • Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Ability to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project
  • Hand prototyping skills are a plus
  • Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.

Base Compensation

$93,539.60 - $128,615.74 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position.
