Your impact will be felt across the organization as you drive concepts for Performance Run and Train footwear, collaborating with Marketing and Development teams to meet project objectives. You'll lead the creation of seasonal footwear projects and milestone deliverables, developing and executing clear and detailed sketches, renderings, and technical drawings. Your presentation skills will shine as you present design project work within individual project teams and at category design checkpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Drive concepts for Performance Run and Train footwear
- Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to meet project objectives
- Lead the creation of seasonal footwear projects and milestone deliverables
- Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, renderings, and technical drawings
- Present design project work within individual project teams and at category design checkpoints
- Passion for design and product creation

- Ability to think outside the box on footwear concepts rooted in performance needs

- Drive partnerships beyond the Design function (Marketing, Engineering, Development, etc.)
- BA, BFA, or BS in Industrial Design not required
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing innovative footwear and other products
- Knowledge of form, color, materials, and human factors related to elevating the consumer experience
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator skills
- Working knowledge of 3D software is a plus
- Ability to create accurate 2D technical drawings
- Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project
- Hand prototyping skills are a plus
- Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore or Portland office
- Return to Work Designation: 3 days in-office, the remainder of the work week remote
- Travel: minimal

$93,539.60 - $128,615.74 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position.
