About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Designer to join our Footwear design team at lululemon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the design process for our footwear products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the team to develop and implement the design DNA for lululemon footwear
  • Lead the design process from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest footwear trends, industry capabilities, and innovative future footwear opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Material Design, Color Design, 3D, Product Development, Wear Testing, and Merchandising
  • Provide design direction and execution for seasonal design collections and enterprise connections
  • Travel 15% of the time and work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of footwear design experience
  • BA, BFA, or BS in Design required (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Mac platform
  • Understanding of 3D design and/or making/building is a benefit
  • Understanding of sustainable practices is a benefit

lululemon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $116,400 - $152,800 annually, and a bonus program. Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role, with work mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
