  • Administrative Tasks: Review and coordinate the processing of all paperwork, including payroll, hiring, evaluations, and budgets.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff, promoting open communication and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience: One year of clerical experience preferred; one year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred; one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; keyboarding experience required.
