The Director of Medical Support-RN is a key member of the Patient First team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical centers. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Manage the overall operation of the center, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and effective use of resources.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and evaluate center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Customer Service: Provide positive, warm, and friendly customer service to patients, clients, and staff, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Administrative Tasks: Review and coordinate the processing of all paperwork, including payroll, hiring, evaluations, and budgets.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff, promoting open communication and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience: One year of clerical experience preferred; one year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred; one year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; keyboarding experience required.
