Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Support Director at Patient First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring that our staff provides exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operation of the center, ensuring compliance with Patient First policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Coordinate center staff work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience with administration of medications.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
