As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve incoming client inquiries through verbal and written communication

• Use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations and turn them into opportunities for superior customer service

• Become technical experts of FieldEdge and competitor software systems

• Ensure thorough diagnosis of underlying client issues not stopping at the what, but drilling down into the how and why

• Educate customers on best practices
