Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess eligibility for special education services and develop effective instructional strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Enhance student achievement by identifying barriers to learning and implementing strategies to support student success.
  • Support effective individualized instruction and create positive classroom environments that promote student learning and well-being.
  • Analyze data related to school improvement, student outcomes, and accountability standards to inform instructional decisions.
  • Promote school policies and programs that ensure student safety and maintain positive learning climates.
  • Respond to crises by providing leadership, direct services, and referrals to community support services when necessary.
