Job Summary

Registry Ally, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training and supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Use available resources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner and complete all required components for the client's funding source in a timely manner.
  • Assessment Administration: Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis, as needed.
  • Report Development: Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Training and Supervision: Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program, monitor progress regularly via visual analysis, and make program changes as indicated.
  • Program Development: Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client and the caregiver.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB is required.
  • Education: A Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred.
  • Skills: The ability to work with integrity, adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies is essential.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position, as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion, is required.
