Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the front line and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proven track record of improving sales, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, often during peak periods and holidays. The position may involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and exposure to extreme temperatures.
